Your Odyssey starts in our Asclepiad app. Download it and begin reflecting so Maia—your personal AI Asclepiad—gets to know your goals and challenges. Through gentle prompts, she begins to understand your needs, boundaries, and preferences.
Maia offers compassionate support before and after the Odyssey through letters, messages, meditations, and a Personal Wellbeing Plan.
When you’re ready, you can secure your place for the 2026 Odyssey season by adding AsclepiCoins to your wallet.
Our Odyssey is for people seeking real change or transformation in their lives—stress reset, clarity, growth, or healing. We believe real transformation happens when the right people come together in the right place, with the right intentions, at the right time.
Maia matches you with groups based on your goals and challenges, boundaries, accessibility, and preferences. You can then book a specific date and approximate location. Each Odyssey has a limited number of spaces to keep groups small, and we aim to offer women-only, men-only and mixed groups, as well as groups for young people.
Once you’re booked, you’ll work with Maia in the app to prepare for your Odyssey.
Maia drafts a programme outline for your group based on your shared goals, challenges, boundaries, and preferences. On-site, facilitators adjust the rhythm to energy, weather, and what’s most helpful that day.
Activities may include mindfulness or meditation, breathwork, movement, cold-water plunges and sauna, therapeutic group exercises, individual therapy, shared cooking and meals, fireside chats, and whatever else fits for you and your group.
There will also be time for journaling and solo reflection to clear your mind. All our programmes are designed to help you disconnect through a digital detox.
We encourage participants to make the journey part of their Odyssey by taking a quiet train ride. We provide transit to the final location.
Expect a beautiful wild setting and be prepared to get back to basics—reconnecting with nature, yourself, and new friends. We provide a comfortable tent and everything you need—toilet, shower, kitchen and food, and a dry space. No camping experience is required.
Everyone pitches their tent and helps with camp and meals—forming a small community over the next three days. We operate a leave-no-trace policy in line with the Scottish Outdoor Access Code.
You and your group create your own Odyssey; our skilled Asclepiad facilitators are there for support and guidance. They join as participants—holding space rather than directing from above.
Facilitators are matched to your group based on their skills and life experience, and briefed by Maia on the group’s goals and needs so they can steer toward transformative growth. They bring first-aid skills and trauma-aware therapeutic facilitation. The tone is confidential, respectful, and supportive; your pace is always respected.
After your journey, we invite you to leave feedback so we can improve, and make a donation to support facilitators and make future Odysseys possible. Our aim is a transformational experience—a pivotal moment for change, a reset or healing moment.
That only works if you carry the experience home. When you’re back, continue your Odyssey in the Asclepiad app—share your intentions and experience with Maia and continue to receive support on your journey.
Hopefully, you’ll consider joining future Odysseys with different people in different locations, carrying on your journey.
It’s for anyone seeking meaningful change—not just a break. You don’t need previous camping experience, just openness and willingness. Groups remain small (≈ 8 people including facilitators) so everyone is seen, heard, and supported.
Your journey begins and continues through the Asclepiad app and Maia (your AI companion). Before the retreat, Maia helps you reflect and build your profile. That profile is used to:
You reflect in the app on your goals, challenges, preferences, and life domains. Maia (the AI) finds people whose intentions align and helps design a group-appropriate schedule. On-site facilitators dynamically adapt plans in response to group dynamics and needs.
Provided: tents, mattresses, pillows, communal kitchen, simple meals, toilet/shower facilities, dry gathering spaces, and shared infrastructure.
You bring: sleeping bag, weather-appropriate layers, waterproofs, sturdy footwear, personal items, and a mindset open to reflection and community.
Odysseys occur in remote wild places (locations vary). After registration, you’ll receive detailed coordinates and travel instructions. We encourage group coordination in transportation; train arrivals are often an option where feasible.
Facilitators are trained, first-aid equipped, and the plan accounts for weather, terrain, and comfort. Activities are optional, pacing is gentle, and group agreements ensure respect, confidentiality, and consent.
Before the retreat, you fund a wallet using AsclepiCoin, our digital token, to cover essential costs. After the Odyssey, you provide feedback and then choose to donate an amount that feels right to you. Donations support future Odysseys and honor facilitators.
No fixed fee: the model is “pay what feels right.” You prepay to ensure operational coverage, then later donate based on the value you experienced. This keeps access flexible and community-oriented.
Your reflections, profile, and matching data remain anonymous and encrypted. No names or personal identifiers are required; participation can remain fully confidential. Only our AI Asclepiad can access profile data strictly for matching, planning, and integration support. Facilitators get access to summarised information with your permission. We abide by data-sovereignty principles and only aggregate anonymised data for improvement.
Participants often report increased clarity, emotional balance, deeper self-awareness, new commitments, and renewed energy. While each journey is unique, the intention is that you return with tools, insights, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Yes—if you resonate with the approach and wish to support others, you may apply to train as an Asclepiad facilitator. It’s a service role blending presence, group care, storytelling, and logistical support.
