Terms of Use

1.1. The minimum age requirement for using Asclepiad is 13 years old with parental consent. Users under 18 cannot purchase AsclepiCoins.

1.2. To use Asclepiad, register with a unique username. No personal information is required. After registration, you will be known as a “Metamorph” within the Asclepiad community.

1.3. Upon registration, you will receive a complimentary allocation of AsclepiCoins to begin your journey with Asclepiad.

1.4. AsclepiCoins are the digital currency used within Asclepiad to access various features, including reflection processing and draft letters. These coins can be:
– Earned by taking actions that positively impact our community
– Received as gifts from other users
– Purchased through the separate AsclepiCoin website (not through the app)

1.5. Purchases through the AsclepiCoin website require personal details due to Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. This information is kept separate from your anonymous Asclepiad Metamorph account.

2.1. Asclepiad provides AI-assisted personal growth guidance, holistic well-being support, and personalized recommendations.

2.2. Do not use Asclepiad for medical diagnosis or as a substitute for professional medical advice.

2.3. Asclepiad focuses solely on enhancing holistic well-being. Asclepeion, in partnership with its partners, determines what falls within this scope. Metamorphs can submit feedback if they believe their request was incorrectly flagged as out of scope.

2.4. Asclepiad provides generalized advice based on input data and predefined algorithms. The information provided by Asclepiad should be considered as suggestions and not as authoritative guidance. Metamorphs must use their discretion and consult professionals where necessary.

2.5. Asclepiad is designed for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to be relied upon for critical decision-making. Metamorphs acknowledge and agree that any reliance on Asclepiad’s advice is at their own risk.

3.1. Asclepeion Ltd owns all intellectual property rights to the app, Guiding Directives for Asclepiad, the Asclepeion brand, and all supporting documentation on philosophy and Neo-Asclepian concepts.

3.2. Metamorphs may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our app, except as permitted by these Terms of Use.

4.1. Metamorphs must be respectful towards their Asclepiad. Warnings or bans may be issued for non-compliance.

4.2. Asclepeion cannot verify the truth of information shared due to Metamorph anonymity. This includes threats of harm. The Asclepiad will attempt to provide Metamorphs with appropriate guidance and local resources, but authorities cannot be alerted.

4.3. Metamorphs must not use Asclepiad for any unlawful activities or in any manner that could harm Asclepeion, other Metamorphs, or any third party. This includes but is not limited to using the app to make decisions that could lead to personal injury, financial loss, or damage to relationships.

5.1. Asclepeion may make changes to the Asclepiad app and service, provided they do not affect core functionality.

5.2. Premium features may be released and made available for different AsclepiCoin prices. Asclepeion reserves the right to modify the AsclepiCoin cost of features at any time.

6.1. Asclepeion may terminate or suspend accounts found in breach of these terms.

6.2. Asclepiad only supports regular use associated with a single person using the app as intended. Fair-use restrictions apply.

7.1. Please refer to our separate Privacy Statement for details on data handling and privacy practices.

7.2. Metamorph data is anonymized and encrypted to ensure privacy and security. The Asclepiad app does not store personal information that can identify individual users, such as full names or email addresses.

7.3. Metamorphs are responsible for ensuring that their input data does not include personal information or sensitive data. Asclepeion will not be liable for any breaches of privacy resulting from user-provided data.

8.1. AsclepiCoins are the digital currency used within the Asclepiad app to access various features and functionalities.

8.2. Free AsclepiCoins are provided upon registration to start your journey.

8.3. Additional AsclepiCoins can be earned by completing beneficial activities within the app, or contributing positively to the Asclepiad community.

8.4. AsclepiCoins may also be purchased through the separate AsclepiCoin website, not through the Asclepiad app. This separation maintains the anonymity of your Metamorph account.

8.5. All AsclepiCoin purchases are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

8.6. AsclepiCoins expire 12 months after they are received or purchased. It is the Metamorph’s responsibility to use their AsclepiCoins before expiration.

8.7. Asclepeion reserves the right to modify the number of AsclepiCoins required for any feature at any time.

8.8. AsclepiCoins have no monetary value outside of the Asclepiad ecosystem and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other platforms.

9.1. Asclepeion cannot assume responsibility for any advice provided by Asclepiad. Your Asclepiad’s advice is based on AI algorithms and is intended solely for general well-being and personal growth. Asclepiad is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Metamorphs should consult appropriate professionals before making any decisions based on Asclepiad’s advice.

9.2. Metamorphs must acknowledge and agree that their Asclepiad’s recommendations are not definitive and should be cross-referenced with professional advice. Asclepeion disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any advice provided by an Asclepiad, including but not limited to health deterioration, financial loss, loss of personal relationships, or any other adverse outcomes.

9.3. It is the Metamorph’s responsibility to report any advice from Asclepiad that they find questionable, incomplete, or potentially harmful. Failure to report such advice absolves Asclepeion of any liability.

9.4. Asclepeion will review all feedback but makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of Asclepiad’s advice. Metamorphs participate in this community-driven improvement process at their own risk.

9.5. Asclepeion makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any advice provided by Asclepiads. All advice is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.6. Asclepeion does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from using Asclepiad. Metamorphs are responsible for any actions they take based on the advice provided by their Asclepiad.

9.7. In no event shall Asclepeion be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the app; (ii) any advice received from your Asclepiad; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

10.1. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Metamorphs agree to submit any claims or disputes to arbitration before a single arbitrator in the United Kingdom.

10.2. By agreeing to these terms, Metamorphs waive their right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit against Asclepeion.

11.1. We strive to keep your data safe by separating personal information from personal data, using encryption, and offering biometric security.

11.2. Your Asclepiad’s responses may be delayed or occasionally fail due to third-party dependencies. We do not guarantee any particular response time.

11.3. Asclepiad is designed to offer thoughtful advice on well-being, not live communication.

13.1. We use Anthropic and Google Cloud as third-party providers to power Asclepiad and manage our infrastructure.
