Our inaugural Odyssey heads north to Scotland. We chose this country because it uniquely combines accessible wilderness with a culture that welcomes simple living. In the Highlands and on the coasts you can still find places where moorland and mountains roll without a building in sight, white sand beaches meet the cold sea, and heather‑covered hills ring with nothing but the wind. At the same time, trains and ferries link these landscapes to cities, so you can leave a busy life behind in the morning and be in the wild before nightfall.
